Privacy Policy
Daviso (“we”, “us”) operates a social-content management platform. This policy explains what data we collect when you connect a third-party account (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube), how we use it, and how you can delete it.
What we collect
- Account identity: your email, name, and the workspace(s) you belong to on Daviso.
- Connected platform metadata: when you connect Facebook or Instagram we store the Page or account ID, name, category, avatar URL, and the list of permissions (“tasks”) you granted. We do not store your Facebook friends list, profile, posts, or any data not required to publish on your behalf.
- Access tokens: encrypted at rest using AES-GCM-256. Page tokens are used only to publish content you author and approve in Daviso.
- Content you create: posts, drafts, schedules, generated assets, and analytics for posts you publish through Daviso.
- Operational logs: audit trail of publish attempts, errors, and admin actions, retained for 90 days.
How we use it
- To publish content you have approved to your connected accounts.
- To show analytics for content published through Daviso.
- To detect abuse, debug failures, and improve reliability.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not train machine-learning models on your private content.
- We do not access platform APIs beyond the scopes you granted.
How to delete your data
You can disconnect any platform account at any time from Settings → Accounts. Disconnecting immediately revokes the stored tokens.
To delete all data we hold for you, including your account, workspaces, and audit history, see our Data Deletion page or email [email protected]. We confirm deletion within 30 days.
If you remove the Daviso app from Facebook, Meta will notify us and we will automatically revoke and delete the related tokens within 24 hours.
Service providers
We rely on trusted third-party providers for hosting, data storage, payment processing, email delivery, and AI media generation. They process data only on our behalf, only as needed to deliver the Service, and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
